Terms and Conditions of Kamakura Warabimochi  Membership Program

Kamakura Warabimochi is operated by Hong Kong Elite Catering Management Limited. Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program is operated by Kamakura Warabimochi. Kamakura Warabimochi Member is issued by Kamakura Warabimochi. An applicant or a Kamakura Warabimochi member ("member”) who participates in the Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program hereby confirms that he/she agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein below and as may be amended by Kamakura Warabimochi from time to time.

 

Kamakura Warabimochi Member Application:

1. The applicant is required to download Kamakura Warabimochi Mobile APP and register for a Kamakura Warabimochi with email address and cell phone number at "Registration” zone. Each valid email address or cell phone number can register once only.
2. The applicant must complete all mandatory fields in the application form in full and provide true and accurate information. Kamakura Warabimochi will not process any incomplete or inaccurate application; and reserves the right to decline any application for Kamakura Warabimochi Member at its sole discretion and without giving any reasons.
3. The applicant must be aged 18 or over. Each person can apply for one Kamakura Warabimochi Member only.
4. Kamakura Warabimochi Member must be presented before ordering to record the transaction, and the entire transaction can be recorded on one Kamakura Warabimochi Member Late records will not be accepted under any circumstances. Spending recorded in different Kamakura Warabimochi Member cannot be combined.
5. Only spending at Kamakura Warabimochi in Hong Kong will be counted in the accumulation (valid to Take-away Ordering Service, and Mobile APP Take-away Ordering). The accumulative spending amount is calculated based on the net transaction amount.
6. Record of accumulative spending in a Kamakura Warabimochi Member will be updated within 48 hours after the transaction. The applicant can check the accumulative spending record via Kamakura Warabimochi Mobile APP. Kamakura Warabimochi Members record is final and conclusive.
7. Any spending at Kamakura Warabimochi before the applicant has become a Kamakura Warabimochi Member and upgrade to Kamakura Warabimochi Member to Friend Card is not eligible for earning Kamakura Warabimochi Member
8. Any request to amend an applicant’s personal information after submitting the application form can be by email to info@kamakurahk.com .
9. Kamakura Warabimochi Mobile APP, Kamakura Warabimochi Member are only applicable to mobile devices using iOS 13.0 or above and Android 8.0 or above.

Kamakura Warabimochi Member:

1. Member can login Kamakura Warabimochi Mobile APP to check the earned Kamakura Warabimochi Points of the Kamakura Warabimochi Member.
2. Kamakura Warabimochi Member is not transferable or assignable and is for the member’s personal use and benefit only. Verification of the member’s identity may be required.
3. Member is entitled to earn Kamakura Warabimochi Membe Point upon purchasing at Kamakura Warabimochi outlets in Hong Kong, Kamakura Warabimochi Member Point is calculated based on the net transaction amount. (valid to Take-away Ordering Service, and Mobile APP Take-away Ordering). Using discount offers, coupons, gift vouchers (including purchase or use) and Kamakura Warabimochi Member Point used cannot earning any Kamakura Warabimochi Member Point in these transaction.
4. Kamakura Warabimochi Member must be presented present before ordering to record the transaction, and the entire transaction can be recorded on one Kamakura Warabimochi Member Kamakura Warabimochi Member Point will not be granted or used for the transaction and will not be credited at a later time under any circumstances.
5. Kamakura Warabimochi Member cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount, gift vouchers.
6. Discount of Kamakura Warabimochi Member is not applicable on purchasing drinks vouchers, food vouchers, meal/ snack set vouchers and gift vouchers (excluding earning Kamakura Warabimochi Member Point).
7. Earned Kamakura Warabimochi Member Point will be credited to the Kamakura Warabimochi Member account within 48 hours after the transaction.
8. Kamakura Warabimochi Member Points used will be deducted from the Kamakura Warabimochi Member account instantly. The expiry date of the Kamakura Warabimochi Member Points is the 31st December of every year. All unused Kamakura Warabimochi Points will be voided upon expiry date.
9. Kamakura Warabimochi Member Points cannot be gifted or transferred to other individuals, and cannot be combined for use with Kamakura Warabimochi Member Points in other members’ accounts. All information and records in Kamakura Warabimochi Member record (including but not limited to Kamakura Warabimochi Member Points balance in each Kamakura Warabimochi Member) is conclusive.
10. All offers, including Kamakura Warabimochi Member Points offered through one-time promotion, will be found by the terms and conditions of that promotion and may be invalid after the promotional period.
11. Member has no right to participate in the constitution, operation or management of the Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program nor any right in or any claim to any assets of Kamakura Warabimochi .
12. Member is responsible for keeping Kamakura Warabimochi Member updated on their correct mobile phone number and email address. Kamakura Warabimochi Member is not responsible for any loss as a result of a member’s failure to notify Kamakura Warabimochi Member of any change of mobile phone number and email address. Member may terminate his/her membership at any time by informing Kamakura Warabimochi Member in writing. All unused Kamakura Warabimochi Member Points will then be voided and membership will be terminated also.
13. In the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program, or the use of the Kamakura Warabimochi Member or Kamakura Warabimochi Member is unauthorized, misconduct, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful, Kamakura Warabimochi Member has the right to stop one’s participation in the Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program and/or immediately terminate one’s Kamakura Warabimochi membership with or without notice. Kamakura Warabimochi Member will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom and also has the right to take action for recovery of any loss suffered by Kamakura Warabimochi Member as a result of the breach.
14. Kamakura Warabimochi Member reserves absolute right to terminate Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program at any time with reasonable notice, where reasonably practicable, without giving any reasons therefore. All rights and privileges of the member shall cease upon the termination of the Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program and Kamakura Warabimochi Member will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.
15. Not all members will be eligible to participate in all promotions and Kamakura Warabimochi Member may from time to time impose other limitations on members’ participation in any particular promotion. Members taking part in any promotion shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by any specific terms and conditions which may be imposed by Kamakura Warabimochi Member in relation to such promotion.
16. All personal information collected under the Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program shall be managed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the Privacy Policy Statement of Kamakura Warabimochi .
17. In the event of any disputes arising from Kamakura Warabimochi Member, Kamakura Warabimochi Member or the Terms and Conditions of Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program, Kamakura Warabimochi Member shall be the sole and final arbiter of such disputes and its decision shall be absolute and binding on the member.
18. A member’s use of Kamakura Warabimochi Member, Kamakura Warabimochi Member is deemed to be an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program. 19. Kamakura Warabimochi Member reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program without prior notice. All changes or amendments are effective once announce on the Kamakura Warabimochi Member Mobile APP. Member should regularly check whether this Terms and Conditions of Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program has been modified via Kamakura Warabimochi Mobile APP, as the member’s continued use of Kamakura Warabimochi Mobile APP indicates the acceptance of any change to this Terms and Conditions of Kamakura Warabimochi Membership Program. In case of any disputes, the decision of Kamakura Warabimochi shall be final.
20. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall apply and prevail.
